First: Return or exchange policy for canvases
Please be aware that all canvas products are manufactured after the order is completed by the customer, and then manufacturing begins in several stages for a period of one to two days before delivery to the shipping company.
Therefore, please note that the policy of Modern Canvas and the one approved on our website does not accept any return request or exchange request for wall art products made of canvas fabric, and does not accept replacing the frame or border.

In case of a defect in the product, God forbid, the manufacturing team is very keen on quality and precise output. If there is a defect in the product, please contact us within three days of receiving the paintings via WhatsApp at the number: 0582522056.
The customer will be compensated according to the return policy, and Modern Canvas will bear all shipping costs for the return, provided the paintings are in their original condition with their full packaging.
After contact and receiving the complaint, a return shipment will be issued. At that time, all the customer needs to do is wait for the courier to pick up the returned product.
